Position description
We hire software engineers from around the world, provide supreme relocation experience covering everything from relocation documents to apartment finding as well as constant HR support.
We care a lot about the learning culture and having fun as a team, therefore we have many internal events. These events vary in their nature, sometimes they are technology-oriented and at other times they are about trying out a new physical activity.
Our team has an extensive benefits package at their disposal as well as a centrally located, modern office with 24/7 access. The office is more than a place where we work, we also like to hang out there and enjoy gaming tournaments.
As operations assistant, you would help us with many different tasks in order for us to be able to keep and improve our standard of care for every team member.


You will be working with:
Office management: Making sure things are running smoothly, that everyone feels comfortable, coordinating cleaning company timeline, fruit supply, snack purchasing, and similar.
Purchasing support: Assist employees with purchasing, answering questions about team member budgets, helping develop purchasing processes
Administration: Assist with the administration of receipts/invoices when purchasing, support Payroll Administrator when administering a monthly payroll run
HR assistance: Assist HR with purchases and preparations for events, assist with ongoing internal support and admin



In order to be successful as an Operations Assistant, you:
Pay attention to detail and like taking ownership for your work
Enjoy meeting new people and developing relationships
Like to make things happen
Like to set processes and improve them continuously
Enjoy speaking your mind and taking initiative
Speak and write fluently in English and Swedish



Nice to haves:
Google suite experience
Knowledge in Excel / Google sheet
Experience in Office administration, Receptionist, Support, Coordinating suppliers
