For our IT customer we are looking for a Service Desk Agent that will work with one of their largest clients.

Arbetsuppgifter
Ticket registration, from calls, mail and chatt, according to specification for customer.
Solving tickets
Dispatching to 2nd and 3rd tier, also escalating tickets in order to be solved within SLA-time.
Call handeling
Be able to work between 08:00-17:00.
