About the role
In this role, you are given the opportunity to deliver quality service and become part of a globally growing company. You work in a diverse environment together with helpful colleagues where team spirit and committed leaders who support your development are one of the company's keys to success.
Your tasks in the role of first line support/support technician mainly consist of handling incoming IT cases by phone or email. You, therefore, have daily customer contact and carry out, among other things, troubleshooting, installation and maintenance in various systems and environments, mainly Windows environments. Furthermore, you are part of a wonderful and close-knit team and are offered solid introduction and training opportunities.
Who you are
To succeed in this role, you have a solid interest in technology and look forward to developing in this area. We believe that you have a good sense of service and are communicative both verbally and in writing. You describe yourself as a positive team player as you are unpretentious, helpful and thrive in social contexts. Solving problems is close to your heart.
Experience
- Completed high school diploma, preferably in IT, data or technology.
- Good knowledge of Windows.
- Support/service desk or customer service.
- Knowledge of Active Directory and Exchange.
- Fluent in Swedish and English
Meritorious
- Bachelor’s Degree in system science or other technology-related programmes.
- Previous experience from 1:st line
Start date: As soon as possible
Location: Gothenburg or Stockholm, hybrid remote.
You will need to be able to come to one of our offices 1-2 days per week, either in Gothenburg or Stockholm. Besides that, the role is possible to do remote if that suits you best.
