Vestas Northern Europe is establishing a new head office in Malmo in 2008. Our customers can mainly be found among larger power supply companies and professional investors, but also among private investors. The People & Culture (P&C) department is restructuring to match the organization of Vestas Northern Europe and we are now searching for the right talents to fill this organization. In Vestas P&C is our internal name for our Human Resource activities. Vestas Northern Europe will over the next 3 years hire up to 1000 new employees who needs a very professional and thorough induction. For this we are establishing an Induction Department, who will be responsible for our World Class Induction Program. As Induction Coordinator you will be responsible for all administrative and practical tasks around induction for up to 30-50 new employees per month. You will make sure that the program is running smoothly and that all details are taken care of. Primary tasks: . Responsible for all practical and administrative activities for new employees after they have signed their contract. This includes send outs before starting, ordering equipment/tools, creating 3 month induction plans for the individual and bookings in calendars . You will coordinate all trainings/sessions regarding the Induction Program including booking of hotels, meeting rooms and close coordination with our Training Center, managers and other stakeholders in the program . All other ad hoc assignments that will arise in this important department The role is requiring an experienced candidate to be able to quickly step in and perform coordination of these important tasks in this newly developed department and program. You are today an experienced training coordinator or HR supporter that will like to be part of this unique possibility of being part of developing this World Class Induction Program . International experience and understanding of differences in culture is important . Strong administrative background .
