Vestas Northern Europe is Vestas Sales Business Unit for Scandinavia, UK & Ireland, Poland and the Baltic's and we are responsible for Sales, Project & Installation and Service of wind farms throughout these countries. Vestas Northern Europe is establishing a new head office in Malmo in 2008. Our customers can mainly be found among larger power supply companies and professional investors, but also among private investors. The People & Culture department is restructuring to match the organization of Vestas Northern Europe and we are now searching for the right talents to fill this organization. In Vestas People & Culture is our internal name for our Human Resource activities. Responsibilities and tasks Our new Recruitment supporters will be placed in Malmo being part of the regional recruitment team. You will play an important role in Vestas Northern Europe reaching our goals for the 3 next years where we will hire up to 1000 new employees. To match the dramatic growth of the business we will establish an international, professional and very dynamic recruitment department able to deliver recruitments matching the speed of the business. Your primary tasks will be: . Responsibility for parts of the recruitment process, hereunder publishing of ads, contact to media and recruitment agencies, screening and booking of candidates . Search for candidates in our SAP based candidate pool to match open positions . Handling spontaneous applicants and proactively spot talents for the operation before actually needed . Handling and administration of candidates in SAP E-Recruitment making sure that all candidates are handled professionally . Administration of candidates in SAP, creating contracts etc . Coordination of employer branding activities . Take on various ad hoc administrative tasks Qualifications and work experience The role is requiring an experienced candidate to be able to quickly step in and perform professional recruitment support. Personal level: . Self driven and proactive . Outgoing and trustworthy . Service minded and flexible towards performing various tasks that support the business . Structured, thorough and puts an honour in that your work is correct . Thrilled to be in a changing environment and enjoys speed and daily challenges in your daily work . Positive mindset . Always meeting deadlines on time Experience: . You may already be in a recruitment support function or you are in a support function in an HR department in a generalist role wanting to specialize in recruitments . International experience and understanding of differences in culture is important . Strong administrative background . You hold experiences from a varied work life enabling you to match various tasks, cultures and challenges .
