2D/3D Artist - Internship

About the internship

We are looking for a 2D/3D Artist to join us for an internship period starting from February 1st to at least June, with the possibility for extension. To qualify for the internship position, you must be an actively enrolled student at a university or vocational school in Sweden. The internship is not paid.

What you will be doing

As a 2D/3D Artist at Star Stable Entertainment, you will provide fresh eyes on a new project. Together with a knit team of artists, designers and developers, you will work on creating appealing characters, environments and props for kids. We believe that you have a sense of what is appealing and attractive to the target audience and are able to assist the team with concepts.

To thrive in this internship position, we believe that you

- Have knowledge of 2D/3D.
- Understand art fundamentals (vocabulary, colors, values, etc).
- Have experience with Photoshop for texturing, concept creation and illustrations.
- Have knowledge of 3D modeling in Maya and/or 3DS Max.
- Are able to do good research in order to get an understanding of what is appealing to the target audience.
- Is receptive to feedback and able to take art direction.
