Poolia PRESENTATION We are now looking for a consultant working with 2nd line application support. The assignment will run for at least one year. ARBETSUPPGIFTER The consultant will be a part of a team and work with the daily operations. Working with 2nd line support, you will solve the incidents that are reported by our user organisation. This means that the the consultant will identify and analyze the incidents and make minor implementations of changes in connection to new product releases/patches, or forward the incidents or problems to the 3rd line support team. As a consultant, you need to be focused, analytical and able to work parallel with many different tasks ? the most important is that you are serviceminded and have a deep interest in problem solving. UTBILDNING/ERFARENHET You have:: - Experience in VB.Net development (Visual Studio 2005) OR/AND - Experience in Java development, J2EE - Knowledge in SQL - Knowledge in software design and development process - Fluent written and spoken English - Good in diagnostic and problem solving skills - A strong drive and problem solving approach - Service-minded - Enjoys working with 2nd line support ? i.e. not much development, more to dig into problems. Following criteria are desirable: - Basic ClearCase and ClearQuest knowledge - Knowledge in ServiceDesk (or similar change/defect handling tools) As a person the you show enthusiasm, drive and determination. You take responsibilities for your actions and make things happen. You can identify and solve problems as well as understand the consequences for our users when changes are made in the system.
