Are you a team-oriented communicator, working within loT, ready to take your next step within one of the biggest Telecom company in Sweden? Then, you are looking at the right job ad. Right now, we are looking for a IoT support specialist to join our client´s team. This position is starting with 12 months contract with great possibility to get overrecruited.
As a IoT Support Specialist in the 2nd line support, you will be responsible for technical support within the IoT area by concentrating on operations. You will work along with four other people supporting and co-operating with the commercial business unit, stakeholders, and support organizations.
The role includes, but is not limited to:
• Handle tickets to 2nd line using tools and systems such as OSIX Mboss IoT-A.
• React to all deviations and support solving those.
• Secure daily operations are on an agreed level with internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate with key stakeholders.
Technical skills
• Public/private cloud Azure (AWS, Red Hat OpenShift)
• Kubernetes and Containerplatform. Node. Js. Docker
• Linux
• Scripting
• Understanding code like C/C++/Python/C#/Javascript
• Database SQL
• Merit -> Used framework such as Vue, React and Angular
• Merit -> Windows server .Net
