Perido Skills is looking for two suitable candidates for the position as 2nd line support technician at a renowned company situated in the south of Stockholm. The company you will work for is a European-based, leading provider of end-to-end business solutions for the extended retail marketplace and you will be a welcome edition to their Nordic support staff of approx. 20 technicians. As a 2nd line support technician you will support customers via telephone, e-mail and remote programs. You will mainly work with a Microsoft-based application but also manage hardware and system errors, and troubleshoot databases. Before you begin you'll receive a thorough education of all products and systems so that you can feel secure in your new professional role. Requirements - Good knowledge in Microsoft products - Basic knowledge in databases is a plus - You are fluent in Danish - You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal You are a social and service minded person who's committed to your work. You are responsible and enjoy working in an environment that allows you to solve problems and to help other people.
