2nd line support to Pagero in Gothenburg!

Pagero is now looking for 2nd line support technicians to join their team in Gothenburg. In this role, you will dig into technical issues and focus on finding the best solutions to Pagero's clients. Pagero was founded in 2009 by three engineers from Chalmers based on the idea of creating a new solution for managing payment files and to meet changing requirements for e-invoicing within B2G. The technology that was developed is now Pagero's platform - an innovative, open and cloud-based alternative to locally installed B2G and B2B software solutions. Today, they are market leaders and aim to build the world's largest open business network!

Pagero is now expanding their support team with further 2nd line support technicians to their 24/7 team. The team is providing 24/7 support and you will be working on a rotating schedule with day, evening and night shifts. The shifts will be planned long in advance and the monthly working hours will be reduced while on shift duty.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER
You will be handling support cases mostly through tickets where analyzing, troubleshooting and digging into advanced error handling is part of the everyday work. You will work closely together with the rest of the team by supporting the operations of production files and handling customer specific solutions. The 2nd line team is also responsible for all production communications and assisting other departments internally with their expertise about the platform, services and applications.

Examples of tasks:
* Monitoring document flows and deviations in the platform
* Configurations and settings in the platform
* Customer specific application setups
* Provide installation support to end customers
* Communication configurations for production customers
* Testing, internally and externally
* Acting like a last instance support
* Quality assurance and maintainability
* Create and update internal and self-service documentation

VI SÖKER DIG SOM
* Experience from support, either in a similar position or as an IT-technician within hardware, installation, configuration etc. We highly value your interest and understanding of technology and welcome applicants with various backgrounds
* Excellent skills in English and minimum basic level in Swedish

It is considered extra meritious if you have knowledge in one or several of the following areas:


* Experience of working with XML and/or other structured formats
* Experience of working in an international environment
* Experience of EDI (e-invoice/order)
* Knowledge in communication protocols
* Knowledge in other languages
