Our customer is a leading international provider of digital marketing and engagement solutions. They are now looking for a 2nd Line Technical Support Engineer to work out of their headquarter in Stockholm.
In this role, you are assisting the sales offices around the world with escalated support cases and other technical requests. The work is focused on creating and running SQL queries towards the live databases. You are creating custom reports for end-customers are working closely together with the development team. We believe that you have an interest in digital marketing and understands the basic concepts of it (CPL, CPA, CPM, CPC, etc). Any knowledge is software development is also valuable.
Working in this role provides you with great opportunities to develop your technical skills maybe towards a future career as database or system developer.
We believe that you have the following qualifications:
- Good knowledge of SQL
- Experience in database administration of Oracle or other DBMS's are valuable
- Experience in Java, JavaScript or PHP is an advantage
- Knowledge about basic concepts for digital marketing
- University level studies in computer science or similar
- Good English skills verbally and in writing
