Sandvik Mining and Construction is looking for 3 System21 Incident Owners Introduction Sandvik Mining and Construction has a common business system platform for its different functional areas where the iSeries based ERP-system System21 have a central role.We are now in a phase of moving to the next generation of our ERP-system, System21 Aurora.At the same time there is a change process ongoing within SMC to establish common processes within the business area. Key performance areas - Follow up day to day issues - Set priority on issues based on urgency and add extra information into Help Desk Application (USD) needed for follow up - Assign issues to Competence support team/other instance depending on priority and problem - Follow up that Competence support team/other instance work with assigned problem directly (priority 2 and 3).- Escalate issues to System21 Support Manager/Global Support Owner when needed.- Provide first and second level support.Analyze-, reproduce- and solve problems.Data corrections. Your profile - Analytical skills - Problem solver - Strong computer skills - Good communicator - Fluent in English - Ability to work independently - Knowledge of System21 processes and databases is seen as an additional qualification as well as knowledge of business processes and Sandvik way of working.
