Sandvik Mining and Construction is looking for 3 System21 Technical Lead Description Sandvik Mining and Construction has a common business system platform for its different functional areas where the iSeries based ERP-system System 21 have a central role.We are now in a phase of moving to the next generation of our ERP-system, System 21 Aurora. Key performance areas .Data Migration as part of implementation support .Version handling - PTF deployment in cooperation with Development Leads .Performance monitoring .Infrastructure coordination with Regional or Global SIT (Software/Hardware) .Regional test system maintenance .Hotel security .Disaster recovery and back up .Technical support .Technical documentation .Knowledge base maintenance .Follow SMC IT directives .Communicate to Regional Local IT / Knowledge Transference Your profile .Minimum of 5 years experience with IBM ISeries .3-5 years experience with Wintel Client Systems .Working knowledge of database server and applications, SQL skills are desired .Experiences with disaster recovery and HAS Utilities on Iseries systems .Familiarity with IBM products like Web sphere and HTTP Server .Familiarity with common programming/scripting languages .Familiarity with data networks .Willingness to learn ERP systems in general .Experiences in creating technical guidelines .Experience in managing contractor relations .Strong troubleshooting and problem resolution skills .Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to understand and follow written technical instructions .Strong planning and organizing skills .Ability to function as a team leader Flexible location: APAC / EMEA / Americas Apply not later than 2007-07-31 at www.sandvik.com /career Contact person Mårten Näsvall Peopleline/Accenture Services AB Sandvik Mining and Construction is a business area within the Sandvik Group and a leading global supplier of machinery, cemented-carbide tools, service and technical solutions for the excavation of rock and minerals in the mining and construction industries.Annual sales 2006 amounted to about SEK 25,000 M, with approximately 12,200 employees.________________________________________
