We are thrilled to announce this exciting role as Business Expert 3D Artist. Within H&M Group you will be a part of Business Tech, domain Assortment & Product Development. You will be working together with the teams that develop processes, methods and tech tools to get the most value from the opportunities that comes with 3D and other digital product creation tech.
Responsibilities
To contribute as Business Expert you will collaborate with cross functional team members, listen and gain insights from dialogue with 3D users.
Partner closely with engineering and design teams to define and create asset pipelines for various product categories and different digital content creation (DCC) tools
Co-create new platform features with engineering and design teams
Manage external partners and provide feedback on externally developed features
Responsible for outlining asset standards, process and pipeline
Perform test for basic (here and now) and advanced (what’s next) use cases within assortment and product development in 3D
Work closely with Product Owner and Development Team sharing your expertise to make sure Product Development meet business needs.
Who are you
To contribute as Business Expert we believe that you collaborate with cross functional team members, listen and gain insights from dialogue with 3D users. You are a Team player who are helpful and have the ability to prioritize according to team goals.
We see that you have a 3D generalist background, with broad technical knowledge stretching from visualizations, modelling and texturing to rendering and CGI.
We also believe that you have:
Understanding of state-of-the-art 3D asset pipelines
3D asset optimization
Experience in 3D modelling (Blender, Maya, or similar)
Experience in PBR workflows
Knowledge in asset creation for real time engines (Unreal preferred)
Basic knowledge in 3D garment visualization tools, Clo preferred.

This is a full-time position with placement in Stockholm. We are open to discuss other locations in Europe depending on your location and access to an H&M office!
