Assignment Description:
We are looking for an experienced 3D Avatar Expert to join our team
What you will work on:
Conduct research and exploration to identify and assess various solutions for Avatar development.
Collaborate closely with the business to create high-quality avatars in the fashion context.
Serve as the go-to person for Avatar-related matters, providing expert guidance for current and future projects.
Work with selected stakeholders to understand and prioritize business needs, incorporating them into the development process.
Utilize user feedback, support inputs, and team insights to drive updates and maintenance for Avatar solutions.
Continuously identify future needs and explore innovative solutions for Avatar development.
Act as an expert adviser when evaluating innovative ideas and solutions related to Avatars.

What you bring:
Holistic understanding of the avatar creation process in a fashion context and fashion development in general.
Exceptional 3D modeling skills, including form, anatomy, structure, and silhouette.
Proficiency in 3D Modelling, Retopology, Rigging & Skinning, and Character Animation.
Experience in handling 2D & 3D Size Data, Virtual Fit, mocap data, 3D Sculpting, Asset texturing, PBR based workflows, and Next-generation asset creation pipelines.
Profound understanding of Grading and Pattern making relevant to avatar development.
Required cloud certification: Cloud fundamentals
