We are looking for a 3D Developer to join our team and help us build the best digital product experiences. As a 3D Developer, you will fill an important role in digital photorealistic visualization by developing custom workflows in digital twin creation, digital environments, image & animation rendering, optimisation, 3D real-time experiences and content platform development.
You need to be an experienced and motivated developer with good teamwork skills. Communication with coworkers and clients is an important part of this job.
We offer a flexible workplace, which means that part-time remote work is possible. However, it is important that you are able to commute to our studio in Gothenburg city center or that you can relocate.

Preferable experience and skills:
Several years of relevant experience from development/programmer work at software development company, computer game industry, CGI production company, product experience company or similar.
Experience from pipeline development, 3D real-time development, software development and quality assurance of embedded systems.
Documented experience in C++ and Python.
Skills in developing digital product experience using game engine Unreal and/or Unity.
Experience in modern coding, testing, debugging and automation techniques.
Good understanding of design and UX intentions, including the creative process and how to balance this with the technical prerequisites.
Proficient in SCM (source code management), preferable GIT.
A good understanding of 3D software like Cinema 4D, Blender, Nuke, AfterEffects.
The ability to multitask and prioritize your work on a long-term basis as well as on a day-to-day level.
Strong file structure discipline with clear naming and folders following our standard structure.
Ability to utilize a non-destructive workflow and automated processes in pipeline development.
Ability to diagnose limitations of the projects and help plan alternatives.
Motivation to learn and develop your skills.
An eye for the artistic.
Fluency in English.
A university or college degree in Technical Design, Computer Engineering, System Engineering or Game development; alternatively work experience in digital content creation development.
An interest in USD and Omniverse.
Key roles and responsibilities:
Building new tools and services in digital twin creation, digital environments, image & animation rendering, optimisation, 3D real-time experiences and content platform development for efficient photorealistic visualization.
Writing scripts for automation in data transfer and hierarchy structuring.
Utilizing App SDK’s and APIs binding for Python and C++ to add functionality or modify existing behaviors and workflows in different 3D software and rendering engines; or developing seamless integrations for desktop and web applications.
Adding custom workflows, functionality and interactivity into game engine development, such as Unreal and Unity by C++ and Python programming.
Enabling pipeline using Pixar USD.
Exploring and using the NVIDIA Omniverse platform to connect and build custom 3D pipelines to unlock full-design-fidelity, real-time virtual worlds.
Coding, testing and troubleshooting to implement solutions.
Providing insights, implementing and coming up with ideas together with the team.
Making sure the production runs as planned, foreseeing issues and solving these together with the project managers.
Taking responsibility to meet project deadlines.
Creatively solving your tasks, whilst maintaining strict attention to detail.
Keeping up with current technology trends and tools (both hardware and software).
