The Impact You'll Make in this Role

As a Sales Executive at 3M Orthodontic business in Sweden, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.

Here, you will make an impact by:

* Leading sales strategy on your territory selling products that make a difference to patients' lives
* Implementing 3M product portfolio, according to the planned product mix objectives
* Developing and managing sustainable business opportunities
* Supporting and engaging customers through education & training
* Creating strong business relationships with key decision makers



Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:

* Proven experience within the health care/dental industry
* Knowledge in CRM system (Salesforce.com) and other sales acceleration tools
* Challenger mindset, positive thinking, tenacious, driven and a high level of resilience
* Analytical and data driven
* Enthusiastic and highly motivated, team player with strong inter-personal skills

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

* Post-high school degree or equivalent
* Oral care clinical background
* Orthodontic care/sales experience
* Good organisation skills

Travel: Field based role

Role Location/Sales Territory: Sweden

Ideal candidate location: Stockholm or surrounding area
