3PL and distribution specialist

We seek a talented, hands-on, and passionate 3PL and Distribution Specialist for our Logistics team. The role will be expected to work autonomously, impact quickly, and develop as the business grows.
 

About the job 

In this role at Verisure, you will be deeply involved in the 3PL and transport companies' daily operations including communication with internal and external parts and contributing and overseeing continuous improvements concerning the logistic processes. You will work with enhancements on the 3PL processes with our internal Verisure processes regarding efficiency, cost, and ESG.

What you’ll be up to 
* Incoming quality control (IQC) process lead
* Communication with quality and RND department
* Do it yourselves (DIY) process lead
* Cross-function coordination with CM, OPCO, quality, and RND department
* Handle technical project management within a 3PL environment
* Reverse logistic warehouse activities

This is a wide role with a great opportunity to set your agenda and to find efficiencies in the area of responsibility. The role is based in Malmö but will require one day per week in Helsingborg where the 3PL is located.

Requirements:
* Degree in Logistics, Engineering or similar
* Experience from a similar position or in the Supply Chain area
* International business culture experience
* Motivation to learn, focused on continuous improvement and a great team player

This role interacts with a lot of stakeholders which requires you to have good communication and influencing skills and a high level of English and Swedish (spoken and written). You are organized with an appetite for improving, project management skills and training aren’t a requirement, but beneficial.

Experience in an international environment in larger complex organizations is also considered positive, but most important is that you always drive forward with both speed and accuracy, because you don’t like to sit and wait for things to happen.
