As a System engineer at support you will provide 3rd level support for all Ascom regions and growth market partners. As Global 3rd Line support engineer you will be seen as theexpert on Ascom systems and solutions. When required provide technical trainings for Ascom 2nd line 1st Line support staff.
Your main responsibilities in this role will be as following:

Provide 3rd level support for Ascom Regions, growth market partners and OEM
Assist, when required, in complex project deliveries/go-live as thesystem expert
Provide trainings for Ascom 1st and 2nd line support staff
Qualifications
Relevant engineering degree (Computer, Engineering or Engineering Technology or equivalent training is preferred)
Strong IP-knowledge
Experience of trouble shooting in mission critical systems
Knowledge of VOIP, VoWiFi
Knowledge of wireless technologies –VoWiFi, WLAN, GSM/3G/LTE technology
CCNA, CCNP or CompTIA certified or equivalent.
Fluent in English, additional languages is a merit
Knowledge and working experience of project management
CWNA certified is a merit
