3rd Party E-commerce Assistant to AB Lindex

Do you have a great interest in fashion and work experience within the buying or wholesale area? Are you a forward leaning, structured and communicative person? We are looking for a 3 rd  Party E-commerce Assistant to our head office located in the heart of Gothenburg (at the Central station!)

Your role in our team. You are part of a small, dynamic team with lots of energy and exciting opportunities. In this role, you work with administrative support to the team and you are in close contact with Lindex external partners, such as ASOS and Zalando. You also work in close collaboration with other departments at Lindex, with cross-functional work tasks.

We understand that you want to know more about the role! Here are some more examples of what’s included: support with reports, re-orders, sales tools and arrange partner meetings, organising samples and dealing with challenges that arise with orders both internally and externally. You are also the person who checks and chase purchase orders, attend buying meetings and you are in contact with partners to make sure that order deadlines are kept.

University degree or equivalent within Textile/Buying or similar
Work experience within the buying or wholesale area in a fashion business
Good knowledge in Excel, RMS, Quest and Business Objects
English, both spoken and written
Meritorious: Swedish both spoken and written. Experience of working with analysis of data
