Vestas Northern Europe A/S is establishing new head office in Malmo in 2008.Vestas Northern Europe A/S is our Sales Business Unit for Scandinavia, UK Poland and the Baltic's and we are responsible for Sales, Project and Installation and Service of wind farms throughout these countries.Our customers can mainly be found among larger power supply companies and professional investors, but also among private investors.For our new head office in Malmo and to handle the growth in our business we are searching for new employees who will be part of developing Vestas Northern Europe A/S.To our new Business Support Centre we need 4 experienced and highly qualified Business Supporters.The Business Support Centre is part of our new Finance department in Malmo, and is to be our centre for centralisation of standard processing services and providing the different entities with basis financial transactions.Responsibilities and tasks The team will be responsible for the below mentioned tasks and you will as a team member hold your own responsibilities: - Responsible/assist and support routine for entering and running of Company books, i.e.: [[ Invoicing based on input from different entities [[ Booking Cash transactions [[ General ledger [[ Accounts receivable and accounts payable -[ Responsible/assist ensuring finance compliance according legislation and Vestas guidelines.-[ Reconciliation of statements from bank, vendors and customers -[ Reconciliation of travel statements -[ Preparing payments and cash flow reporting Qualifications and work experience You hold a general education within finance and have at least 2-3 years of experience from an international finance department.You speak end write either Swedish or Danish fluent, and you are used to work with English as corporate language.You hold excellent collaboration skills and is motivated by working in a team.Experience with SAP is preferred What we offer We are a team of skilled and committed colleagues who are all enthusiastic about wind energy.We have a good atmosphere within the department and everyone is always prepared to help out when needed.An introduction training programme in our offices in Denmark and Falkenberg will be planned for securing your success in Vestas.In our department you will have the opportunity to work with international projects, flexible working conditions and a great deal of freedom under responsibility.You will have the opportunity developing a career within a very exciting industry in a global company.A competitive salary and benefit package.Additional information Primary work location at our new office in Malmö.
