About this opportunity
We are now looking for an experienced IODT (Interoperability Design Test) Technical Coordinator, highly skilled in performing early technical analysis to understand feature UE-dependency. Very fast understand and document how to verify a new feature in the context of IODT. It is important to have a system view of the 4G/5G RAN Mobile Broadband product as the network is growing more complex.
What you will do
Identify IODT features from NDS, PPS, IPP
Secure TOL and Test Description in time
Have close cooperation with the IODT test teams
Have close cooperation with XFTs when integrating new features
Collaborate with all other groups within the 4G/5G RAN IODT program & Cloud RAN
Work together with UE vendors
Get insight on the UE partners status for different features and the results from the verification will be presented towards the customers

The offered position is placed at BNEW, PDU 4G&5G BB Dev Group 11 in Stockholm, Kista.
You will bring
Master of Science or equivalent
Experience of IODT is preferred
Previous experience with 3GPP standards
Experience of early technical analysis (TA/CA phase) is preferable
Minimum 5 years’ experience of 5G or 4G product development is preferred
Broad knowledge about the Ericsson of 5G or 4G products including a good system understanding.
Can quickly move from detailed technical issues up to end-to-end level.
Experience of technical leadership
Interest in the concepts of Lean and Agile ways of working.
Excellent presentation and writing skills.
Good written and spoken English.
Excellent cooperation skills.
