Our Exciting Opportunity
We are a 7-unit-department with hardworking developers on the mission to build the next generation millimeter wave radio access and MINI-LINK radio. We work in small teams, aiming for end-to-end product development inspired by lean & agile demeanor and methodology. About the job
As a Filter Designer you will develop micro-/millimeter wave filters for 5G telecom applications. You will work together with very skilled microwave designers and often in co-operation with other teams in the product development unit, Ericsson Research, sourcing and supply. Your main focus will be on micro-/millimeter wave filter design in close collaboration with our selected filter component suppliers.
Responsibilities and Opportunities
Performing Continuous Analysis and Requirement Handling
Developing and Test High Quality Products
Performing Trouble Shooting and Production Support
Driving Continuous Improvements of Products and Processes
Collaborating with Suppliers Designing Filter Products
Driving of Sourcing, Supply and Design Team Activities
Handling supplier relations
Preferred Qualifications & Experience Requirements
High frequency electromagnetic modelling and simulation (3D)
Microwave filter design (5-150 GHz)
Microwave instrument knowledge, measurement technique and test system development
Design tools such as Keysight ADS, Momentum, HFSS, μWave Wizard, MATLAB
