Summary:
Our focus is to secure Ericsson technology leadership in next generation for 4G/5G Mobile Networks and make sure we have the right scope, quality, time and cost for product development. As a Line Manager in our SW Development unit you will be responsible for cross functional teams. You will mentor, challenge and develop individuals, teams and organizations. You will foster a creative and learning culture. You will be part of the sector leadership team and cooperate with colleagues in Sweden and our sites in Poland and China.

Key Qualifications:
Education: MSc/BSc in SW engineering or similar
Minimum 3 years of experience in a leader role
Domain experience in Mobile Networks, especially Radio Access is a plus
Experience in SW development principles
Strong and proven track record to co-operate well
Coaching & Mentoring Skills
Formulating and communicating strategies and concepts
