Our Exciting Opportunity
Product Development Unit Traffic Control, PDU TC, is a Product Development Unit at Ericsson which is responsible for the development and maintenance of software products for the coming 5G networks. Our organization is expanding and the race towards 5G is on. We are strengthening our organization with skilled persons with various experiences in software development. We are searching for people who are eager to join us on our journey to create something truly exciting!
We are now strengthening our test and quality assurance area within the product domain by adding a new role as Module Test Manager.
You will
Guard the domain on functional level.
Participate in test analysis, supporting feature Test Managers and feature development teams. What to test, where to test, create new Test Cases or update current. Guide on gating/non-gating scope.
Secure correct test scope over time. Continuously removing obsolete test cases and adding test cases based on Fault Slip Analysis.
Supervise the non-gating scope together with line managers securing that the non gating scope is monitored.
Put requirements on test environment (simulators, execution environment etc.)
Put requirements on test case development environment.
Define design rules for TCs and suite structure and secure that they are followed.



To be successful in the role you must have
A positive and creative mindset.
Great communication skills and interaction with other people.
A genuine interest in software development and test management.
Work experience in PDU TC 5G / UE components.
Work experience in test area.
Good communication skills.
Ability to drive and lead individuals and teams.
