The Global Customer Services answers for the repair- and support solution for SEMC products.The GCS Product Field Quality department is responsible to give quality and warranty cost feedback of fault product faults to all other parts of the SEMC organization and to provide one return rate estimation and prediction model to be used by all product projects. Description of duties: The PFQ Mgr role is to ensure the product quality feedback from the market to the phone projects both pre and after launch of the product.You will participate in different project groups and be responsible for improvement of selected quality processes assigned to you which will be used by you as well as by your colleagues.You will be the global interface regarding quality issues towards the SEMC Development Units as well as toward the SEMC Regional and Market Units.It is also within the PFQ Mgr's responsibility to measure the accuracy of the GCS department's deliverables in the matter of time and quality as well as ensuring the service solution quality feedback to Global Customer Services. Qualifications: We believe you are fast to establish and good to maintain a personal network within the company and to get an overall understanding about our main processes and how quality is related to our business.You have a strong personal drive, social skills, and are able to influence others in a positive way and drive your product towards the agreed quality objectives. We believe you have a Bachelor of Science or business administration and knowledge in statistics and several years of working experience.The most important part is your capabilities to understand and drive quality related tasks around the product during its different stages of its life cycles and how the product quality affects the business.
