Strategic Sourcing SW supports the product organisation with supplier selections, financial evaluation, negotiation and commercial follow up of contracts in the areas of licensing, outsourcing and consulting.As part of a global support function with team members in Lund, Kista, Beijing and Raleigh (US), our main internal customers are the Software development units, Product and Application Planning and the Chief Technology Office. We are now looking for a new member to our team that handles licensing of external SW.This position will be focusing on areas such as; User Interface, Graphics, Browser and Security/DRM.Decription of duties: .This position is focused on providing commercial support with regards to licensing of external Software to our products .You should have high interest in negotiations and have general legal interest as Contract Negotiations and Contract Management are key duties .You are expected to coordinate and drive negotiations, suggest changes to agreements, and later make sure that the agreements are followed .As a business manager in Strategic Sourcing SW, you are required to have the analytical and business skills to provide commercial input to the supplier selection process Qualifications .You need to have the qualifications or experience to be a speaking partner for engineers, legal / IPR counsels, controllers and others within the company..You need to be able to work in a continuously changing and challenging environment .We think that you are pro-active and service minded with a positive attitude .You are good at building and holding on to relationships and commercially driven .Some travel is required..Experience from working with licensing is an advantage To apply; please go to our the carres sides at our website and access the job ad.Ther you will find a link to apply for the position.
