As business controller you are responsible for the financial planning and tracking of your assigned development projects.You will be responsible for identifying strengths and weaknesses, threats and opportunities and drive corrective actions within the projects.Your responsibilities also include cost control for selected departments in the line organization, providing the line managers with decision support.The day to day activities will consist of cost reporting, planning and analysis as well as resource planning and driving cost improvement activities.For your projects and departments, you will be responsible for the monthly closing, monthly forecast and annual budget.You will be working as one of five controllers at the R&D unit, each with separate responsibilities within the organization.
