The Environment & Supplier Quality Assurance unit manages and supports activities within the areas of environment, supplier quality assurance and supplier social responsibility.The unit coordinates and drives Supplier Quality Engineering activities and maintains common requirements, procedures and work methods.Responsible for supporting Quality audits, Green Partner audits Supplier Social Responsibility audits by maintaining audit schedule, follow up that audit issues are closed, and acting as program contact for SQE (Supplier Quality Engineers) and Suppliers.Based on performed audits, list audits up for renewal. Track if supplier is a Green Partner or not.Plan and book Green Partner screening meeting.Follow up materials compliance data and check if materials used are in the Sony Green book.Support meetings with Sony on Green Partner Set up SQE and Environmental processes for Space.Space coordinator between SQE s in different site's globally in Space.Coordinate and arrange meetings and other matters with Sony Japan on Environmental issues.Track and follow up on EQA KPI's.Prepare monthly reports on aggregated level for Quality, Audit, Environmental and CSR KPI's.Follow up that SQE data in systems are maintained for all SQE KPI's and manage that transfer or major update/input's of data is conducted. Work with EQA unit information, meetings and training.Secure that the unit's webpage's, information on supplier handbook and other information channels are up to date.Manage all issues relating except content to units training both internal and external programs. Arrange practical details around EQA training (supplier and sourcing academy as well as and other CSR training provided to the whole of SEMC) Qualifications: . Requirement is good administrative skills.. Good understanding for different cultures.. Service mindedness.. Good knowledge of English and experience from working with web and other data systems..
