A Business-oriented Finance Director

We are now recruiting a business-oriented Finance Director to Entry Point North AB.Role and Responsibilities: With the business in focus, the Finance Director will support the Managing Director in implementing the business strategy from a Finance perspective.You will be a member of the Executive Management Team and responsible for the Finance Department including three persons. Your main responsibilities are the development, implementation and continuous improvement of comprehensive Finance and Administration strategies in accordance with legal requirements and the overall corporate strategy regarding Financial Controlling, Financial Planning & Analysis and General Purchasing (Travel and Facility Management included).Specific tasks include: *Oversees all company accounting practices, including accounting, preparing budgets, financial reports, tax and audit functions.*Supervises investment and raising of funds for business.*Monitor the corporate performance from a financial perspective and report to the Managing Director.*Monitor and control the achievement of key financial goals on a corporate level.*Directs financial strategy, planning and forecasts; conferring with Managing Director and department heads.*Studies, analyzes and reports on trends, opportunities for expansion and projection of future company growth.*Overseeing the allocation of resources in the department, reassuring the department gives the support needed and asked for. Qualifications We are looking for a graduated from a Business School/University with several years of experience from a similar position, with proven experience in working close with board of Directors.Through your working experience you have a successful background as a manager including personnel responsibility, and using English as a working language is no problem.Preferable you have your experience from different private businesses with dynamic characters. To be successful in this position it is important to be pro-actively business-driven, independent and interested in working close to the business.We are looking for an analytical doer with a commercial mindset.As a person you are also communicative and a good educationalist who enjoys coaching and developing team members and co-workers.You are a prestige less person who thinks in processes to contribute to the targets of EPN.You work in a systematic manner and towards the set targets, and your ability to change when needed is high.
