Group Assurance Are you interested in an international job where your main task, as responsible for this function, will be to coordinate the development, improvement and follow up systems of the Trelleborg Group's internal control systems and processes? The process is based on a control environment that engenders discipline and structure for the four other components in the process, those being the assessment of risk, control structures, information, communication and review.The process begins with the framework for internal control issued by the Treadway Commission's Committee of Sponsoring Organization (COSO). Job description Your main tasks will be to define, set standards and make sure all internal processes, controls and documentations provide reasonable assurance that Trelleborg s objectives are achieved.In your team you have an assistant so that your focus can be to work closely with the different Business areas through out the world, with auditing companies as partners for specific adaptations and languages reasons. The function which is continuously developed is independent and requires knowledge of processes, business systems and an experience of companies in an international environment.You will report to Trelleborg s CFO.Experience requirements You have most likely three to five years of professional experience from an auditing company.You know the difference between audit and assurance and have an interest in systems, development and structure.It is an advantage if you are familiar to SAP, Movex or other similar systems. We are looking for a structured and communicative person who can act with courage and independence.You have a Masters or Bachelors Degree in Finance As a person you have high integrity, you are used to work hard, take your own initiatives and you have a lot of energy.Your ability to communicate and act pedagogical is proven.You should want and like to travel, since this is a part of the job.Appr 40 days of travelling annually.
