Mid Sweden University is a multi-campus university based in Härnösand, Sundsvall and Östersund.It has approx.15 100 students and 1000 employees, 200 PhD students and 33 professors.At the undergraduate level, 40 study programmes and 500 courses are offered.Mid Sweden University is also heavily involved with the "Net University" and distance education.The Department of Engineering, Physics and Mathematics offers courses in technical design, applied physics, construction, energy, industrial design, sports technology, ecotechnology, and quality and leadership development.Mid Sweden University is seeking applicants for A Research Assistant in Ecotechnology to the Department of Engineering, Physics and Mathematics Reference no.MIUN 2007/1211 Area Description: The subject encompasses the multidisciplinary study of human society and its interaction with nature.Particular attention is placed on the development of new systems for the long-term sustainable use of natural resources.
