A Senior Project Manager Energy Sector

We are looking for a senior experienced Project Manager with experience from the energy sector.We need the consultant to start ASAP.It is a long term assignment.We need a Commissioning manager (driftsättningsledare) for a very big project.Mission: Plan, manage and follow-up the commissioning before during and after the realization on site. Ensure that the commissioning fulfils stipulated targets for cost and delivery time Make sure that the commissioning is carried out in such manner that contractual and local demands regarding quality, safety and environment are fulfilled.During the realisation of the commissioning the commissioning manager is subordinated the project manager or the site manager.Assignments: Manage the commissioning work with the allocated commissioning resources according to instruction.Plan and schedule resources.Daily reports to site manager and project.Cost, progress and time follow up.Time scheduling.Report fault or deviation on products, methods of work and processes according to instructions.Verify that the responsible engineer for each system approves all changes.Document and bring back all changes in documentation to responsible engineers.Co-operate with customer and sub supplier according to contractual demands Document the commissioning according to the demands Write commissioning report after finalized commissioning Qualifications: At least Technical college graduate or B.Sc.Very high plant- and process experience At least 5 years work experience in the field of commissioning or equivalent and managing skills.
