The Global IS department within the Corporate IS/IT unit is responsible for managing Global Information Solutions within the Sony Ericsson Mobile Communication group. Description of duties: We will now strengthen our Global IS departments with additional SAP Application Architects who will be responsible for business solutions support and development within the Sony Ericsson Mobile Communications (SEMC) group. You will be working as part of the SAP solution team but also closely with business managers to ensure efficient and effective tools to support their needs. These positions will be located in Kista, or eventually Lund, Sweden. Your main tasks will be to . Define the strategic direction and near-term roadmap for application areas . Work with SAP solution managers and SEMC business functions to identify business requirements and translate these to the corresponding system functionality . Work with other solution teams and the Global SAP Architect to ensure integration across solution . Monitor SAP service levels and work with SAP application management teams to resolve issues . Provide expert knowledge to the business on SAP solution capabilities . Initiate, plan and manage projects to implement solution improvements . Manage projects to deliver system solutions . Provide SEMC business functions with advice and guidance on processes and systems Qualifications: We expect you to have a University degree with emphasis on Information Technology and minimum 5 years experience working with SAP Solution implementation and have strong technical hands-on skills within SAP application suite. We are currently focussing on skills within the following SAP components: EP CRM SCM (APO/DP) BW-BPS You also need to be/have: . Good communications skills in English - both oral and written .
