We are looking for an excellent Academy Associate
The Web Manuals Academy Team is looking for an additional team member! The role is based at our amazingly fresh headquarters located by the waterfront in central Malmö. You will be focusing on giving our dear customers the most fantastic training experience ever! We strive to keep high standards in our delivery of trainings and workshops, with thorough internal trainings and team support as a foundation.
Responsibilities in the role
The objective of the Academy Associate is to ensure product knowledge transfer and product understanding among customers and partners, by delivering high-quality trainings and workshops.
Working as our Academy Associate, you participate in the training process of our customers and partners.
You lead on-site and online training and workshops for our customers and partners.
You plan and hold webinars in collaboration with the Academy team and other departments.
You support the Sales Team with training for prospects.
You participate in strategic projects of the company, striving to develop the company and our services.

A successful candidate should have the following qualifications
A university degree
Proficiency in English
Any additional language is meriting
Work experience from delivering trainings/being an instructor
Experience from the aviation industry is also meriting

The position is based in Malmö and is a full-time position which we would like to see starting January 1st 2023.
