Axis Communications Academy is looking for an enthusiastic Academy Content Developer with strong learning design skills to join our team here in Lund. Academy develops training programs on design and implementation of smart solutions with Axis products, unique capabilities and technologies. What you'll do here as Academy Content Developer?
We believe that you are knowledgeable and passionate about new training methods and willing to work help us further strengthen our portfolio and continue to drive training excellence. Your will be part of course development projects for a global market, which includes all the steps from concept to implementation, based on learning needs and business goals.

We Are Looking For…
… a skilled training professional who likes to work hands-on while keeping the bigger picture in mind. You are a flexible and driven team player who can work both independently and in a highly collaborative team. The ability to finalize projects successfully and according to a time plan is essential in this position.

The ideal candidate is able to:

* Research and collect facts from SMEs (subject matter experts)
* Define target groups and learning goals
* Write manuscripts and storyboards
* Create and edit graphics
* Create video and audio content and other design elements
* Create assessments and tests

We believe you have a relevant bachelor degree or equivalent and experience from developing training material for a global audience. You are a creative thinker with a strong pedagogical focus and a passion for instructional design.

You are used to collaboration with technical subject matter experts and know how to build your professional network. We believe that you are curious when it comes to new technologies and have a desire to keep learning and developing new skills.

You are proficient in standard authoring tools such as PPT, Articulate, Storyline, Captivate including tools for assessments, tests, and survey development. You have experience in using learning management systems (LMS). You are also an experienced user of design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite.

Your English is excellent, both written and spoken and you can express yourself in a professional way as all materials are in US English.

Experience from learning management systems (LMS), network video (IP surveillance) and topics such as computer networking, design considerations, camera technologies, and image usability is a great advantage.
