Be part of a senior team with high competence and who are very passionate about reskilling and upskilling, where you will work with our Academy Sales process from a strategic point of view. As Academy Sales Assistant, you get to be involved in large projects within our Academy business. You will support our Academy Sales Specialists with administrative work, to improve and complete sales material.
OM TJÄNSTEN
The team is led by our Head of Academy Business in Sweden and consist of four Academy Sales Specialists and four Operations Specialists, who are based in our offices around Sweden. You will report directly to Head of Academy Business who also is based in our brand new office in Stockholm. The team is responsible for making sure that the Academy sales process have the best systems, processes and trainings within the industry. As Academy Sales Assistant will work closely with our Academy Sales Specialists and support them with administrative tasks. In this position, you will get to know Academic Work from a strategic perspective while growing your national skills and knowledge within organizational and process development.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER
- Assist in ongoing Academy projects and start-up of new open Academy classes, client specific classes and multi client classes
- Daily administrative tasks
- Internal communication with different stakeholders, for example our marketing department in order to deliver LinkedIn posts or other material for different Academy campaigns
Your daily work will consist of different kind of work tasks and no day will be the same. Therefore, you need to thrive in an environment that is constantly changing, where the structure is not always in place and where you often have to create your own work tasks and to-do lists. With other words, we are looking for you who knows what to do when you don’t know what to do, and who gets motivated by ending up in such situations.

VI SÖKER DIG SOM
- A student that have at least 1,5 year left in your studies within Business economics/ administration, statistics or similar
- Have experience of administrative work and Microsoft Office
- Can work approximately two days a week, which days and how many will be decided depending on need and your study situation
- Comfortable communicating, both written and spoken, in Swedish and English since we often collaborate with our other countries and sister companies in projects
It is an advantage if you have
* Been working in a part time assistant role within the sales and/ or operations organization at Academic Work
* Strong skills in Microsoft Excel

Other information
Start: According to agreement/ during fall 2022
Extent: Part-time, two days a week
Office: Solnavägen 3H, Stockholm
Our recruitment process: After receiving your application you will be asked to perform a cognitive ability test and a personal test, Matrigma and MAP. If you achieve the desired levels in your test results, you will proceed to a telephone interview to discuss the formal requirements and your interest for the position. If all goes well, you will be invited to a competence-based interview held by Head of Academy Business and our Talent Acquisition Partner. If you proceed to the final step of the process, you will meet with the rest of the team, and we will also do a reference check.
