The section Service Desk is a part of the End User Productivity department at IT. The vision of the section is to make Scania productive by supporting the co-workers into the digital future. With our service-minded and skilled team members our mission is to empower Scania co-workers to reach their full productivity by providing value adding services that aligns with current and future needs. The section consists of eight groups, in total ~100 persons, located in Södertälje, Angers, Zwolle. We are on a journey towards a value-oriented organization with end users and value creation in focus. We believe that our mission and the result of the work we do have a great impact on the future of Scania.
The Team you will join
Access Management are now looking for a driven, eager and forward thinking team member to strengthen the team. You will be part of a mature and divers team, who puts team work high, and respect for the individual higher. The team work daily with agile methods at the same time as combining the strengths of lean thinking to reach perfection in our daily business. A team who constantly challenge the processes and routines to meet better results and to create time for other tasks to be challenged.
What you will contribute with
As a Access Management Specialist you will work with a mix of tasks like administration of access rights, troubleshooting, access governance, automating and driving improvements in our daily way of working. All of this will be done in team focused deliveries, were team work and cross functional work methods are key.
You bring enthusiasm, energy, have the skill to understand peoples need and give that little extra effort to support our end users. Furthermore, you have courage to challenge existing ways of working being creative in how you test these ideas. You are a team player by heart, and a forward-thinking person with the main focus on quality assurance.
Your Profile
You see yourself as a creative person that finds new solutions to problems and you like doing this in a team, always with the focus on the common goal. You are confident in your work and sticks up for your own views. You are a supportive person with a passion and understanding for end users and optimizing ways of working. You are structured and have the ability to plan your time to keep deadlines.
You have a general understanding within the area of IT Security, automation, PowerShell and open to balancing between these when finding ways of optimizing the way of working towards our end users.
Other than that, you have the following experience:
• At least 2 years’ experience within Identity and Access Management
• High school degree as a minimum.
• You master Swedish and English fluently in both speaking and writing
