We are therefore looking for an ambitious and performance driven Account Based Sales Specialist to contribute to the growth and success of Novacura by finding, initiating and developing new and existing prospects.

As Account Based Sales Specialist you are responsible for selling our low-code platform Flow (services and/or solutions) to the end customer via targeted campaigns and outbound activities and you execute on account-based marketing initiatives to achieve business goals. You initiate sales meetings, discovery calls and convince meetings and you are comfortable in creating and executing professional sales presentations.

You work together with global marketing and sales teams to identify, research, and compose lists to target for multi-touch campaigns and you measure and optimize, as well as report on, campaign results on an ongoing basis.

You are responsible for maintaining good data quality in the CRM system and for extensive target persona research, including profile data enrichment in CRM.

You are part of the global sales team where we work in close cooperation with the pre-sales and marketing team, and you report directly to the Sales Director of Novacura. You belong to Novacura’s office Gothenburg, but you can work part-time remotely. Business travels can be required.

What will you contribute with?
To succeed in this role you have:

- Higher Education within finance/marketing/Sales
- 0-2 years sales experience, including events and some exposure to lead generation campaigns for an enterprise software company.
- 1-2 years experience from Software as a Service companies.
- Expert in social media marketing skills, especially LinkedIn Sales solutions.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and competing deadlines
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
- Fluency in English and Swedish (written and spoken).


You are result-oriented with a proactive and positive mindset. You have great communication-, and collaboration skills and can naturally build trustworthy relationships with other people. You can work independently with good structure in a fast-changing work environment and you make sure that it is possible to deliver on your promises.
