Do you want to be a part of a key account team, building relationships with our client, drive new business and build revenue growth?

The opportunity
EY is increasing our focus on one of our largest and most important clients within the Private Equity sector. As the Account Coordinator, you will become part of an account team driving the global account strategy, rigorous account planning and relationship development across the client’s organization. You will take part in the account planning and structure and be deeply involved in the coordination, support and communication with our teams working globally with the client.

This role will be based in Stockholm.

Your key responsibilities
You will be working closely together with the Global Client Service Partner (GCSP), the Client Executive (CE) and the Account Manager (AM) to become a trusted partner for our team. It is the Account Coordinator and the account team’s role to secure we stand as one and well-coordinated EY towards our client by securing cross service line and cross regional collaboration – by always securing the best capabilities and solutions to our client.

Moreover, tasks will include:
Support the Account Manager in driving our Account management framework across the account, develop long-term revenue plans and help our teams to be connected, responsive and insightful to our client’s agenda and priorities.
Support the teams in sales and commercial management by connecting them to the right people at EY, demonstrate knowledge of our client’s business agenda and act as an expert on all information related to the account.
Plan and arrange events with the client as well as with our internal teams together with the Account Manager
Communication and coordination across teams and geographies to ensure we share knowledge and experiences to enable development of our business
Administration and support to project teams to navigate in the client’s structure
Prepare and facilitate account meetings together with the Account Manager and an offshore team


Skills and attributes for success
The ideal candidate has a doer mindset, is solution-oriented and enjoys going into details as well as helping teams to succeed. The candidate can overcome obstacles with minimal supervision and work directly with very senior colleagues. Moreover, you understand the marketplace and industry, competitors, and account information.

Skills Requirements:
Ability to team with other people across geographies to support the teams working with the client
Monitor the progress of the business development process and address any gaps
Ability to drive and work on several workstreams alongside and enjoys a fast-pace environment


To qualify for the role, you must
Preferably have a university bachelor’s degree in business
Experience from business development/sales, consultancy and/or Private Equity is an advantage
Project management skills
Microsoft Office skills
Fluent in English, Swedish is as an advantage
