To build up SuccessFactors' client net work in Europe we are looking for several Account Developers (New Bizz Consultants). You will be based in our new office in Copenhagen where you will disseminate knowledge of SuccessFactors to Europe's largest companies in co-operation with the regional salespeople. Your responsibilities will include: . Contacting high-level decision-makers in the largest companies to generate interest in SuccessFactors' products . Identifying the client's needs in relation to sales potential . Qualify customer leads before they are passed to the sales person . Co-operating with regional salespeople in constantly selling the solutions SuccesFactors delivers . Building strong and credible relations with decision-makers who do not show interest in the product, but may need it in the future . Carry out product demos to the interested clients through web based tools You have a minimum of 2 years of experience with sales and you can provide documentation that you have achieved good results. You have at least a couple of years of experience with the telephone as the most important sales tool. You speak fluently in Dutch, French or German - preferably your mother tongue. You master English on a high level.
