Account Development Representative with Swedish

David Kennedy Recruitment is searching for a Swedish speaking Account Development Representative, to join our client's team in Dublin. Our client is a leader in outsourced inside sales, outsourced partner enablement, and outsourced customer success team


Position: Account Development Representative

Location: Dublin, Republic of Ireland

Work model: Hybrid, at least 3 days per week at the office (after training)

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: Base salary + bonus



DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop and implement proactive outreach strategies based on market trends, customer needs, and industry challenges
Engage with potential clients via various communication channels

Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
Effectively communicate the value of the products and services to prospective clients
Assess client needs and recommend tailored solutions

Identify and actively pursue new business prospects in the marketplace
Facilitate meetings and calls between prospective clients and the sales team
Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance KPIs

Design, present, and execute market campaigns, while reporting results to internal teams
Stay informed about the client's products and services, maintaining up-to-date knowledge


REQUIREMENTS:

Native or fluent in Swedish (C1 level), and English with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication
Highly driven with a passion for sales and for developing as a sales professional
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Track record of achieving sales quotas

Experience in Business Development or sales, preferably within the SaaS industry
Strong sales skills with a solutions-focused mindset, dedicated to delivering outstanding customer experiences
Familiarity with CRM systems, Salesforce, SalesLoft, Outreach.IO, and other sales technologies is preferred
Technologically adept with a keen interest in technology, and the ability to quickly learn, understand, and articulate complex tech concepts

Demonstrated ability to independently prospect leads and build a robust sales pipeline
