We at Dream Broker are growing and evolving. We are looking for Account Executives to join our SaaS customer management team in Stockholm in one of the fastest growing industries on the market. Dream Broker provides market-leading online video software products and cyber secure solutions for largest companies and public organisations. Today, we have world-leading companies as customers in several different industries. We have already been in the online video software business for more than 15 years and next we are focusing on accelerating our growth in Sweden. In this role you are given full responsibility of managing your own customer portfolio. You will work independently but have the support of your team to manage your daily sales activities and develop collaborations with our existing customers. As the company and business grows you will have the possibilities to develop your role further into more demanding roles.
Responsibilities:
Taking care of the existing customers by supporting them to reach their own business objectives with our software solutions.
Maintaining regular contact with customers by phone and in sales meetings.
Expanding collaboration with existing customers by finding new opportunities and use-cases.
Building long-term customer relationships and retaining customers.
Working closely with other colleagues, collaborating, and sharing expertise within Dream Broker and towards customers.
Expectations:
Fluent communication skills either in Swedish or English for meaningful dialogues with customers.
Excellent interpersonal skills to gain customers’ interest and to provide inspiring value propositions.
Relevant higher education or otherwise acquired business knowledge to understand various organisations and stakeholders.
High ownership of your daily sales work which means working independently and knowing your sales numbers. However, as you also have the support of your team, we hope you are not afraid to ask for guidance from your team members.

A salary model in which you can have direct positive impact based on your daily sales work. Your monthly total salary is a combination of a fixed base salary, bonus, and sales commissions.
The position is full-time and based in Stockholm.
