Account Executive to Alva Labs

Alva in a nutshell
Ever stumbled upon a personality test in a recruitment process? Alva Labs is a SaaS scale-up that offers a unique candidate assessment platform. We help companies build their organizations with the right people in the right place, in a fair, accurate, and automated way. By combining state-of-the-art psychometrics, data science, and an obsession with candidate experience, we provide the needed tool for data-driven talent acquisition.
We are growing 2-3x per year and are in the exciting phase to launch Alva in new markets.
What will you do
The Account Executive is a quota-carrying role and your primary responsibility will be to drive, develop and close sales opportunities that are qualified by the Sales Development team.
You will be part of a tight-working team and work closely together with our Head of Sales to build and scale the sales team. We are currently expanding to new markets and need people that, at some point, can own those markets. Prove your capacity and not even the sky is the limit.
A little more about the role, and what’s expected
- Quota carrying with clear goals and milestones
- You will be driving clients through the sales funnel, from qualified prospects/ meetings booked by our SDRs to signed deals
- Over time, we want you to grow and expand into a senior role within sales.
- Spread Alva to new international markets
- We are constantly growing and improving, we need to own your targets and help iterate on our ways of working
