The company
Alva Labs offers a SaaS solution that is helping global companies grow their team in a scientific way. Alva has created a unique candidate assessment platform that helps companies build their organizations with the right people in the right place. By combining state-of-the-art psychometrics, data science, and an obsession with candidate experience, it provides the needed tool for data-driven talent acquisition.

We are building a rocketship, currently growing 2-3 X per year. With 250+ customers, strong growth, happy users, and 150 000+ assessed candidates, there is a lot of greatness to build from. We are now entering an exciting phase of our company journey, where we are doubling down on new markets and an international expansion. The company and the team have grown a lot in the last couple of months (150% more customers, and 250% more employees during 2021… so far…). And we are just getting started!

The role
Sales at Alva means a lot of things. You will be part of a tight team, collaborating with other account executives, but also with SDRs that provide you with qualified meetings, and CSMs that take over the customer once a deal is signed. We have come a long way when it comes to playbook, ICP and offering, but one is never done, right?

Your responsibilities will consist of everything from running meetings, driving the sales process, building relationships with key stakeholders, and improving the process together with your coworkers and team lead.

You
When it comes to fighting zombies and doing sales, your experiences might help you, but it will be who you are as an individual that will get you places. It is great if you have experience of working with sales in B2B, or just stakeholder management, but it is not necessary. Our team today consists of people from a wide of different backgrounds, from finance, BioMed, recruiting, film industry, you name it! The things they have in common are that they are committed to being better every day and driven by truly understanding how we can help the customer. If you are the right person for us, we promise to make a zombie fighter.. uhm… sales rep out of you! We are looking for someone with the following qualities:

- A great teammate, that will come and continue building our fantastic team

We are a team of 50 people, representing 16 different nationalities and a wide selection of professional backgrounds. What about the sales team, you might wonder? We are currently 16 reps in total, divided into three different teams (based on focus markets). Each team consists of both SDRs and Account Executives to secure that we close the feedback loop and enable great success as a team.
