David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading global payroll outsourcing services company that is looking to recruit Swedish speaking Account Executive based anywhere in Europe.


Position: Account Executive

Location: Remote, Europe

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: Base salary + OTE.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Make a high volume of sales presentations while keeping impeccable time management
Work to achieve maximum account penetration and sales within an assigned area
Manage inbound demo queue & own SMB inbound, maintaining a high volume of activity including outbound calls, emails & social selling
Master qualification and value-based selling using Command of the Message strategies

Maintain accurate SFDC data: accounts, opportunities, pipeline and forecasts
Remain knowledgeable and up-to-date on the product roadmap, industry changes, and competitive landscape
Provide feedback on market opportunities and trends, playing an active role in designing company's SMB sales strategy
Attend industry events and leverage partnerships & marketing content to support the SMB top-of-funnel.


REQUIREMENTS:

Native/bilingual proficiency in Swedish. Good command in English (at least B2 level)
Minimum 2 years' high-volume sales experience in business tech / SaaS environment is mandatory
Proven track record of performance and quota attainment
Excellent communicator with sound ability to emphasize, negotiate and persuade
Previous experience in using Salesforce.com and other sales tools
Self-motivated and success-driven and willing to collaborate in a team environment
Enthusiastic about technology, able to understand and present complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences
Thrive on change while remaining highly organized, optimistic, and coachable
Resourceful and stress resilient personality that can adapt and remain calm in all situations.
