A successful account executive at Mynewsdesk is a very motivated, positive and curious person, who is fully committed to maintaining and expanding customer relationships and who is a “trusted companion” to advise customers! This position entails building long-term business relationships and take responsibility for the entire sales process. It is also important that your interest in representing and actively promoting Mynewsdesk are fully committed as a brand ambassador.

The motivation to constantly meet your sales targets is of course part of your day-to-day business. To achieve this, you work in a solution-oriented manner, have a strong degree and creatively shape your sales process.

Your tasks will include:

- Establishing and maintaining long-term customer relationships
- Acquiring new customers: From researching and qualifying potential customers to concluding a contract with a sales cycle of 3-6 months. You will speak to communicators from a wide variety of organizations and industries with a focus on medium-sized companies.
- You plan independently online and on-site appointments, act proactively when approaching new customers and also implement your own events.
- You work on complex deals together with colleagues, possibly also from other, international locations.

We are looking for you

- That has at least 2 years of experience in account management/sales including new customer acquisition.
- You are characterized by high motivation, commitment, initiative and independence as well as diligence, organizational talent and absolute reliability.
- You work goal and sales-oriented, energetic, entrepreneurial, structured and happy to work in a multinational team.
- Your communication skills are convincing at all times. You need to know how to get people excited about a product and its innovations, how to discuss technical issues in an understandable manner and thereby gain the trust of your customers.
- You bring enthusiasm and a high level of personal responsibility for your own goals as well as your own development.
- Communicate fluently in German and English
