Account Executive to Alva Labs’ Nordic team
The average recruiter spends around 7 seconds screening a CV. That is equivalent to the time it takes to get a first impression of someone at a party. In both scenarios the human brain simplifies things, making us focus on certain aspects. Based on very limited information (such as looks, name, profession) our brain helps us to place the individual in a mental box and assign traits to that person. The only difference in first impressions through CVs and during a party, is that the CV screening impacts people’s lives. It leads to some people being shut out from the job market, and others being hunted down by everyone, regardless of understanding if that particular person is actually suitable for the job or not.

We want to change that. Armed with research, machine learning and a revolutionizing SaaS-tool, Alva Labs is disrupting the hiring scene. Come join us spread our product across the Nordics (and beyond).



The company

Alva Labs is a Stockholm-based SaaS company that offers a solution that is helping global companies grow their team in a scientific way. Alva has created a unique candidate assessment platform that helps companies build their organisations with the right people in the right place. By combining state-of-the-art psychometrics, data science, and an obsession with candidate experience, it provides the needed tool for data-driven talent acquisition.

We are growing 2-3x per year and are in the exciting phase to launch Alva in new markets.

The role

We are looking to add another Account Executive to our Nordic sales team. You will, together with → Isak (https://www.linkedin.com/in/isakwesterberg/) ←, → Vegard (https://www.linkedin.com/in/vegard-skogheim/) ←, → Erica (https://www.linkedin.com/in/erica-olofsson-a73a5122/) ←, → Nelson (https://www.linkedin.com/in/nelson-fonseca/) ←, → Robin (https://www.linkedin.com/in/robinbackgren/) ←, → Sara (https://www.linkedin.com/in/sara-narancic/) ←, and → Morten (https://www.linkedin.com/in/morten-wold-1334b416a/) ←, run the show for our growth and expansion across the Nordics, mainly focusing on Norway. Your job will be to drive the sales process for new accounts in close collaboration with the SDRs. Armed with a state-of-the-art product (loved by our users), a great team, Hubspot, and a Macbook, the sky's the limit.

Within 1 months you will:

- Have received the support you need in order to get a good start at Alva.

- Start to familiarize yourself with the product, the research behind it and the future vision

- Tagged along to several meeting with sales and customer success to get an understanding for how we sell our product


Within 3 months you will:

- Have built up a strong pipeline of leads together with our fantastic SDRs


- Have your own processes you run from start (first meeting that has been booked by an SDR) to finish (signed deal, that is handed over to Customer Success for onboarding)

Within 6 months you will:

- Have signed own deals, contributing to getting Alva’s product in the hands of recruiters and hiring managers across the Nordic regions.

- Be amazed of how time flies when you are having fun at work :)


You

You can be based in Sweden or Norway. Ideally, you speak Norwegian, or are at least comfortable interacting in Norwegian (a combination of Swedish & English works fine as long as you’re able to communicate with Norwegian prospects)(so Swedish works fine). The internal language at Alva Labs is English, so good thing if you are fluent. You ideally have experience with either B2B sales or are familiar with recruitment. You are a star at handling stakeholders and driving sales processes.
