The mission
As Epishine’s Account Executive, your mission will be to identify, approach and manage customers on an international market. You will be responsible for establishing and carry out the account strategy and map key stakeholders. This also includes handling customer quotes, legal and business discussions and sales contract negotiations, all the way to a finalised business contract.
You will have a leading role in the customer focused Accounts Team together with members from Epishine’s Marketing and Product Integration Teams. You will work in close cooperation with your customer accounts to build relations with key stakeholders to understand their needs and to aid their transition to Light Energy Harvesting, with support from our Product Integration engineers.
Do you live far from our offices in Linköping? That’s not a problem! The work in this role can be carried out remotely. The role will include national and international travel at around 50-80 days/year.


Who are we looking for?
Combating climate change has never been more urgent than now. We are looking for those of you who are sharing our dream about a planetary impact.
For this role, we are looking for someone with a background in B2B sales, preferably of technical solutions. It is meritorious if you have an academic background within the engineering field. You have experience of strategic account-based selling or key account management. It is a plus if you have an existing network within IOT, PropTech, Facility Management or the sensor industry.
You are a secure and trustworthy person with a strong technical interest. You thrive in a challenging environment where you will constantly break new ground. Epishine is a sustainable company and so are you, persistently developing new markets and sales, focusing your drive on new possibilities and novel ways forward. Epishine is also a value driven company actively growing a culture based on empowerment and teamwork. We are therefore looking for someone who can drive themselves and also be a flexible team player.
Moreover, you speak unhindered English and Swedish. Additional languages such as German or French are meritorious.
