Job description
Are you a student who wants to get a foot in the door to one of the largest companies in the wind industry while still studying? Nordex Sweden is now looking for an Account Manager assistant to be located in Uppsala, Sweden.
As a working student in the Account Management team, assisting the Nordic region, you will support our Account Managers with designated commercial topics such as quotation & order administration, invoicing preparation, handling customer questions & requests and other administrative tasks. As a working student at Nordex Acciona, you will be able to put theory into practice while continuing with your studies. The working week is normally an average of 20 working hours and is paid by the hours performed. The Account Manager assistant should also be available to fill in during vacation periods for colleagues within the team. We can offer a flexible scheme that can be adapted to your studies.
Key accountabilities
As an Account Manager working student some of your key accountabilities will be;
Support Account Manager with commercial issues for a defined customer portfolio
Request and task management
Creating quotations for exchanges/repairs and spare parts
Order administration – Creating and follow-up on orders
Basic material identification
Preparational work and support in invoicing
Handling customer questions and requests
Communication and cooperation with internal functions such as technical and material departments, finance and field technicians
System administration and management
Other administrative tasks
Some of the tasks can be adjusted based on your personal interests and to better support your studies.
Personal profile
Preferably experience in customer service or administrative tasks
Proficiency in English. Swedish or Finnish skills would be an advantage.
Good computer skills, especially in Microsoft Excel.
Organizational skills and able to set priorities
Good communication skills
